Attached to the Chief Sales Officer, you are the ambassador of the company in the APAC area, playing a key role in driving the company’s growth in the APAC region. You will lead a multicultural team based in different countries of Asia Pacific. This is a strategic role based in Singapore or Thailand, with a strong focus on business expansion and client engagement.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing growth and market development strategies.
• Leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve commercial objectives.
• Expanding the brand’s footprint and presence across APAC markets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
• Managing complex, high-impact projects in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Prerequisites:

With a minimum university degree, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the industrial sector, HVAC, and/or electrical engineering. You demonstrate significant autonomy, have team management and negotiation skills, and possess a KNX or Tutor certification, ideally with at least one experience as a Trainer.

A high level of English is essential for this position. Spanish is a plus.
