Reporting to the Sales Manager of the delegation, they will be responsible for managing logistics and warehouse operations related to the sales cycle, from order reception and preparation to delivery and stock control, as well as sales order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, material availability, and compliance with deadlines efficiently and accurately.

You will be responsible for:

- Reception and organization of products in the warehouse.
Control and recording of existing inventory using the company’s internal management tool.
- Preparation of orders for goods dispatch.
- Verification of the condition of products and packaging.
- Collaboration in the planning of shipments and logistics of goods.
- Maintenance of a clean and safe work area.
- Collaboration in other tasks related to warehouse operations.
- Receipt of new customer information and management of their registration and sales terms in the accounting system.
- Receipt of customer needs, development and presentation of quotations and/or offers (not requiring project development) on time and in accordance with current commercial policies.
- Management of incidents during the delivery process.
- Monitoring and control of customer account status, as well as the corresponding administrative documentation management.

Prerequisites:

• Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on exceeding established goals.
• Advanced planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Knowledge of office software tools and order management systems (SAP).
• Fluent Spanish is a plus.
