Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible of generate & close the deals, follow-up with all the deal opportunities in MDU, GRMS & Lighting Control System for the UAE Region (GRMS & LCS).
You will be responsible for:
To work closely with all the stake holders of the opportunities not limited to End users, clients, consultants, contractors, Systyem Integrators to win the deals.
Establish the strong pipeline of projects the region for current year and upcoming years
Collaborate with all the team members with respect to the stake holders involved
Developing the commercial strategy in your zone in collaboration with the Sale Director.
Setting sales targets (budget, forecasts) and monitoring their achievement,
Developing and supporting clients
Participating in commercial negotiations
Managing commercial budgets
Participating in the company's commercial policy
Contributing to competitive and technological monitoring in the sector
Attending local and national fairs
All actions must be reported using a CRM management tool.

Prerequisites:
With a minimum university degree, you have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the industrial sector, HVAC, and/or electrical engineering. You demonstrate significant autonomy, have team management and negotiation skills, and possess a KNX or Tutor certification, ideally with at least one experience as a Trainer.
A high level of English is essential for this position.
A high level of Spanish is a plus.
