Reporting to Regional Manager, the mission of this role is to provide technical advice to the sales team and clients by interpreting and translating the technical features of Zennio’s solutions into clear and relevant benefits. The objective is to facilitate commercial management, practically demonstrate the value of our proposals, and connect the potential of our solutions with each client’s strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for:
Work closely with Consultants to support the commercial team for getting Zennio specified in their approved vendor list
Support Zennio’s field sales representatives through consultations, technical presentations, and solution specifications for current and future projects.
Participate directly in defining project requirements, ensuring that Zennio’s solutions meet or exceed technical specifications.
Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting in projects.
Travel on-site to client facilities to provide technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction, minimize risks during execution, and build trust in Zennio’s solutions.
Act as the main technical liaison between the OTEC team and the sales team, supporting the design of proposals, preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM), and price updates.
Maintain regular communication with current and potential clients, together with the field sales team, to deliver timely and accurate solution proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering (OTEC) and support/operations, to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead and deliver periodic workshops/training sessions on Zennio’s building automation solutions.
Propose and explore different alternatives in ways of working, developing internal tools and/or procedures.
Provide technical guidance to junior profiles within the area or other departments, to ensure both the technical expertise of professionals and the improvement of their performance, Promote effective communication among all team members.
Ensure compliance with regulations and identify and report environmental incidents within the Integrated Management System, to achieve objectives in this area.
Prerequisites:
With a minimum university degree, you have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the industrial sector, HVAC, and/or electrical engineering. You demonstrate significant autonomy, have team management and negotiation skills, and possess a KNX or Tutor certification, ideally with at least one experience as a Trainer.
A high level of English is essential for this position.
A high level of Spanish is a plus.
