Your Mission
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will act as a true ambassador of Zennio in your assigned market, promoting our innovative solutions and embodying the vision and values of our brand.
Your mission will be to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and actively contribute to the company’s sustainable expansion.
What will you do?
Define and implement the sales strategy in your territory together with Sales Management, adapting it to local market needs.
Achieve sales targets (budget and forecasts) and monitor KPIs to ensure sustainable growth.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring proper follow-up through CRM and regular reporting.
Participate in commercial negotiations to secure profitable, long-term agreements.
Efficiently manage the assigned sales budget and control commercial costs.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities.
Represent Zennio at trade fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
Promote brand recognition among consultants, architects, developers, institutional clients, integrators.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and technological developments in Smart Home, Smart Building, and Hospitality sectors.
Ensure structured documentation and follow-up of all commercial activity in CRM tools.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven planning and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent teamwork abilities, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment.
Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
Previous experience in similar sales positions is highly valued.
