Reporting to the Sales Director of ME, the role will be responsible for establishing and deploying the Company's commercial practices in the partner and distributor channel across all territories in which it operates, within the guidelines defined by the Commercial Policy. The role is accountable for meeting sales and activity objectives (lead generation, opportunity management, and acquisition of customers/won projects), relying on the sales managers of each region to ensure efficient and consistent execution of commercial strategies and to maximize the Company's market share.
You will be responsible for:
Translate defined targets into a time-based forecast
Break down targets for different periods of the year (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and by each business area To ensure compliance with annual sales objectives.
Supervise customers and key stakeholders in the partner and distribution vertical
Rely on the territory sales representative, if one exists, and coordinate efforts with the Support and Projects team (CLIPS) to ensure correct implementation, meeting the cost, timeframe, and quality criteria defined for each project.
Identify main initiatives and stakeholders in the partner and distribution channel
Work with territory salespeople to identify these initiatives and stakeholders for automation solutions.to establish appropriate action plans to offer the Company's automation solution through these channels.
Lead approval/certification processes for the vertical solution
Coordinate with key players and territories to certify the Company's vertical solution for the partner and distribution channel to achieve inclusion of Zennio in the corresponding lists of authorized suppliers (Vendor Lists).
Plan participation in professional events in the hospitality sector
Identify, propose, and plan the Company's participation in trade fairs, trainings led by professional organizations, and/or publications to attract potential new customers, foster loyalty, and ensure the highest ROI from the investment made.
Analyze market offerings of automation companies focused on channel and distribution
Review pricing policies, volumes, and distribution strategies of competitors to enable the Company to understand its competitive positioning in the vertical.
Ensure compliance and report environmental incidents
Comply with regulations and identify and report environmental incidents as part of the Integrated Management Systemto achieve the objectives established in this area.
Propose and research alternative ways of working
Develop internal tools and/or procedures to improve processes to improve the efficiency of the area.
Provide technical advice to junior staff and other departments
Support technical development and problem-solving across teams to ensure technical competency and performance improvement.
Promote effective communication within the team
Encourage clear information flow among team members to improve departmental functioning and information transfer.
Mentor and train new junior team members
Ensure they acquire the necessary capabilities (technical knowledge, skills, critical experiences) for full performance of their role to ensure readiness and competency for their position.
Provide support during exceptional situations
Assist other professionals in the area when non-routine situations arise to ensure these situations are resolved in the best possible way.
Research new technologies
Investigate technologies that help define new products/projects or redefine existing ones to ensure the competitiveness of delivered results.
Analyze future needs and coordinate improvements
Coordinate with related departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of product or project developments to enhance development outcomes.
Develop and implement new sales processes and sales organization
Standardize processes across other subsidiaries to build a better sales strategy to contribute to meeting the Company's financial objectives.
Ensure reliable forecasts and clear reporting for the region
Provide accurate monitoring and follow-up on objectives to achieve precise monitoring and correct tracking of goals.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal departments
Promote client loyalty and cross-department collaboration to ensure proper development of sales.
Ensure proper use of tools and CRM configuration
Configure and use tools correctly to track KPIs tor correct KPI tracking.
Oversee contract negotiations
Ensure compliance with legal and company standards during negotiations to ensure correct execution of contracts.
Prerequisites:
With a minimum university degree, you have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in the industrial sector, HVAC, and/or electrical engineering. You demonstrate significant autonomy, have team management and negotiation skills, and possess a KNX or Tutor certification, ideally with at least one experience as a Trainer.
A high level of English is essential for this position, Spanish is a plus
