Here's a more detailed breakdown of the responsibilities

• Keep customer and product information up to date in Odoo.

• Handle customer requests, create quotes, and enter orders in Odoo.

• Talk to customers, understand their needs, and follow up.

• Coordinate purchase orders with headquarters and track them.

• Prepare business and shipping documents (invoices, delivery notes, certificates if needed).

• Follow up on sales and purchase orders and solve any problems.

• Record invoices and payments, and manage accounts in Odoo.
  

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

• Fluent in English or Spanish, part of the recruitment process is in this language.

• Proficiency with office tools and order management systems (Odoo preferred).

• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

• Results Orientation: Focused on achieving and exceeding organizational goals, driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a dynamic and multicultural environment, contributing ideas and supporting the success of the entire team.
